Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for Auxill Sentry subscriptions.
Free Trial
Auxill offers a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start your trial. If you choose to make a payment during your trial period, or if your subscription is automatically activated at the end of the 14-day trial, you remain eligible for a full refund as long as you cancel within 14 days of starting your trial.
Refund Eligibility
You’re eligible for a full refund as long as you cancel within 14 days of starting your trial, regardless of when the payment happened.
Non-Refundable Cases
Once the 14-day trial passes without cancellation, your subscription is considered active. The monthly charge for that cycle, partial-month usage, renewal charges, and add-ons/setup fees are not refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank/card statement, depending on your bank.
How to Cancel
Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Trial / Cancel Subscription in your Auxill Sentry dashboard, or by emailing support@auxill.ai with your registered email and order ID.
